Steamboat Island Homes for Sale

The Steamboat Island community is the spit of land that stretches north from Highway 101 with Eld Inlet to the east and Oyster Bay to the west. Steamboat Island Rd cuts directly through the community providing access all the way up to the very northern tip to the Carlyon Beach neighborhood overlooking Hope Island and Puget Sound. Steamboat Annie’s is a well known drive through restaurant located just off Highway 101 and across the street from Steamboat Golf.

The Steamboat Island community is a rural setting with no master planned neighborhoods. Lot sizes are on the large side with the exception being in Carlyon Beach which is set up as a neighborhood with smaller lots. There are a mixture of stick-built single family residences along with manufactured homes for sale, but no condos or townhouses. There is little retail or commercial industry available within the community, however, West Olympia and Tumwater are only 5 minutes away.
