Despite having a population of just over 700, visitors flock here each January to see the largest gathering of bald eagles in the continental U.S., known as the Skagit Eagle Festival. Once known as Cement City for the cement company that started the town in the early 1900s, Concrete today is made up of mostly residential homes. Houses for sale are older than the state average, but enjoy beautiful forest, mountain, and river views.
